Manage Contact Regions
With contacts located all over the world, some regions might have only a handful of contacts. SmartLink allows users to create custom zones and group regions together for more convenient data analysis.
Procedure
At the bottom of the SmartLink sidebar, click on your name and select Project settings.
On the Project settings page, select Region management under Recipient settings.
On the Region management page, click Add custom zone.
Enter the Zone name in the pop-up panel and select the relevant regions. Then click Confirm.
To move countries to other regions, click Move region(s) under Action, then select the zone to move to.
In the Dashboard you can use filters to view statistics for each custom zone.
